From August 13-15, 2026, the Leader Camp 2026 program - an important annual event of Techvify - was successfully held in Da Nang.

With the theme "Beyond The Horizon" and the message "One Vision. One Team", the program gathered a core leadership team to unify strategic direction, enhance connectivity, and create leverage for a breakthrough journey in the international market.

This year's event marked the presence of more than 20 core leadership personnel. As the core highlight of Leader Camp 2026, intensive working sessions took place in a focused, frank, and constructive working environment. Here, the leadership team and Executive Leaders directly discussed practical operational challenges, from reviewing and strengthening the organizational model, resolving bottlenecks in inter-departmental coordination processes, to establishing international standard management criteria.

Not stopping at identifying challenges, the managers collaboratively built a specific action roadmap to enhance execution capacity and optimize team performance. The high consensus in mindset between the leadership and Executive Leaders at the event not only creates a solid operational foundation but also standardizes service delivery capabilities, ready to accompany large corporations and conquer the most demanding international markets. 
 

Breaking Limits with a Series of Connecting Experiences

Alongside the planning sessions, a series of experiential activities in the Hoi An coconut forest and a cozy Gala Dinner created a close connection space for the leaders. These open interactive activities not only helped erase barriers and increase understanding but also affirmed the spirit of "One Vision. One Team" - a unified collective in mindset, standard in direction, and common in action goals. 
 

The 3-day, 2-night journey in Da Nang concluded with results in both strategic planning and team spirit.
