Bridge Software Engineer (Business Analyst Focus)

Techvify Japan is hiring a Bridge Software Engineer (BA Focus) who acts as a strategic architect between Japanese business needs and technical execution. This role does not require coding experience but demands a deep, structural understanding of software systems. 

1. Problem Discovery & Business Analysis  

• Analyze business issues deeply to propose optimized system solutions rather than just following initial requests.  
• Consult with clients on business logic to ensure the software aligns with their long-term goals.  

2. System Design & Documentation 

• Take full responsibility for creating Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and High-Level Design (HLD).  
• Ensure all documentation is logically structured, clear, and ready for development.  

3. Project Orchestration & Quality Assurance  

• Work closely with the engineering team in Vietnam to explain requirements and ensure technical feasibility.  
• Act as the “Logic Guardian” for the project, ensuring no gaps between client expectations and technical delivery. 

1. Enjoy translating complex “business pain points” into elegant system logic.
2. Wantto design “solutions” that solve real-world issues, not just write documents
3. Have a “Product Owner” mindset and take pride in the quality of the final output.

Must-have: 

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a BA or BrSE specifically for software projects involving Japanese clients.  
• Technical Foundation: Solid knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and System Architecture.  
• Documentation: Proven track record in independently writing SRS and High-Level Design. 

Language Requirements: 

• For Fukuoka Branch: Japanese N2 or above. 
• For Tokyo Branch: Japanese N1; OR N2 with at least 3 years of working experience in Japan. 

Nice-to-have (Advantages): 

• Direct Onsite experience in Japan.  
• Experience in Project Management or leading a small team. 
• Ability to conduct Detail Design.  
• Ability to use AI to improve quality and performance
