Responsibilities

  • Corporate with marketing to gather market information when required

  • Cooperate with presales team, partners and related department to make proposal to customers. Follow up to ensure the deals are properly closed, contracts/POs are properly signed off to avoid unnecessary risk.

  • Coordinate and cooperate with related departments to ensure projects are run smoothly. Follow up with customer until final collection. Act as main contract point for problem solving with customers/partners if any.

  • Ensure all transactions strictly complied with group/company policies & procedures and local legislation.

  • Business development
    – Convert client’s service inquiries into successful campaigns.
    – Approach new clients for selling and take care the current clients
    – Business development: analyze fact, contribute strategy, make communication plan
    – Consultant: recommend client to the right direction

  • Operation:
    – Be responsible for team’s KPIs (Billing and profit)
    – Lead, inspire and drive the team (incl. line companies) to achieve the objectives (billing, profit, client building, people development and process improvement)
    – Develop team by coaching and training to improve skills

  • Contribute in working process improvement (internal, inter-companies and external)

Job Qualifications

  • Strong sales business acumen, with a focus on planning and leveraging tools to meet business requirements.
  • Proven skills in client engagement and management throughout the client lifecycle to improve relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Deep knowledge of Techvify’s offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends.
  • Ability to identify and advance opportunities at assigned clients and prospects.
  • Extensive experience in global partner management and sales environments, with a focus on business development.
  • Proficiency in using Hubspot or other CRM platforms.
  • Capability to drive alignment to a common vision across multiple stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt communication styles for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills, and influence team members to achieve short- to medium-term goals.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a sales-related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to APAC (especially Singapore/Hong Kong) or North America/Europe
  • Background in IT Outsourcing industries, IT solutions sales.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, or basic technical terms
