Techvify Japan is hiring a Bridge Sales

Location: Fukuoka

We welcome candidates from Tech / BA / PM backgrounds who want to transition into Sales while staying within the IT industry.

Responsibilities

1. Business Development (Hunting or Farming – depending on your strength)

  • Identify and approach B2B clients (SME to Enterprise)
  • Build and manage a clear sales pipeline
  • Develop long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Create upsell / cross-sell opportunities

2. Problem Discovery & Solution Proposal

  •  Lead discovery meetings to understand operational pain points, HR / Customer Service / Manufacturing / E-commerce challenges, and digital transformation needs
  • Work with the technical team to build proposals
  • Present solutions clearly with logical structure and defined ROI

3. Deal Management & Post-Sales Follow-up

  • Negotiate contracts
  • Monitor project progress
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership

Requirements

Must-have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT Sales / B2B Solution Sales (or solid IT experience with strong intention to move into Sales)
  • Experience participating in Software Development / SaaS / Offshore Development projects or equivalent IT solutions
  • Ability to independently lead discovery meetings
  • Business-level Japanese (N2 or equivalent)
