Responsibilities

1. Requirement Hearing & AI Use Case Identification

Participate in client meetings to understand business requirements
Identify potential AI/automation opportunities from client needs
Clarify requirements and translate them into structured problem statements

2. AI Solution Discussion & Proposal Support

Work with AI engineers to define solution approaches (e.g., LLM, RAG-based solutions)
Support proposing high-level solution flows and system approaches
Explain proposed solutions in Japanese, including expected outcomes and limitations

3. Delivery Coordination & Communication

Act as a bridge between client, AI engineers, and development team
Track progress, manage issues, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Handle requirement clarification and issue escalation when needed

4. Review & Client Feedback

Review deliverables from development/AI teams at a functional and logical level
Consolidate feedback and communicate clearly with clients in Japanese
Ensure outputs align with agreed requirements and expected quality

5. Presales & PoC Support

Support proposal and estimation activities for AI-related projects
Participate in PoC discussions and help define scope and expectations

6. AI-assisted Work

Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support requirement analysis, documentation, and productivity improvement

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
2–4+ years of experience as BrSE, SE, or similar role
Experience working with Japanese clients

Language Skills

Japanese: JLPT N2 or above
Able to participate in requirement discussions and explain ideas clearly in Japanese
English: basic working level

Technical & Solution Skills

Understanding of web/backend systems and API-based architecture
Experience in requirement analysis and basic system design
Ability to connect business requirements with technical solutions

AI Knowledge

Understanding of how AI (e.g., LLM, RAG) can be applied to solve business problems
Awareness of basic limitations and trade-offs when using AI
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI API) in work

Nice-to-have

Experience in AI-related projects or PoC
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
Experience in proposal or presales activities
Experience working with modern frontend/mobile frameworks
