• Participate in enterprise digital transformation projects, focusing on processes such as human resource management, recruitment, production, sales, and cost management.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of products.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Support the transition into a Product Manager role, taking responsibility for product direction, development, and user satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and enhancements.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, Data Analysis, and Business Analysis.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a software development environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with digital transformation projects is advantageous.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Notion) is a plus.
