Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and manage requirements from clients.

• Create and update requirement specifications, user stories, and screen designs.

• Design wireframes, mockups, and user flows for development applications.

• Act as a bridge between clients, the development team, and other stakeholders.

• Manage change requests and conduct impact analysis.

• Join client meetings to clarify requirements.

• Review and validate deliverables to ensure alignment with business requirements.

Detailed Tasks

• Analyze business processes and propose optimized solutions.

• Prepare functional specification documents and detailed screen designs.

• Design database schemas and data flows in collaboration with the Tech Lead.

• Create test scenarios and acceptance criteria for the QA team.

• Support the Project Manager with effort estimation and planning.

• Ensure requirement traceability from business needs to final implementation.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in web development projects.

• Experience working with Japanese clients is a strong advantage.

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Familiarity with popular development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, etc.).

Technical Skills

• Documentation: Proficient in creating FSD, BRD, user stories, wireframes.

• Design Tools: Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Balsamiq, or similar tools.

• Analysis: Skilled in business process analysis, data modeling, and workflow design.

• Database: Basic understanding of database design and SQL.

• Web Technology: Familiar with frontend/backend architecture, APIs, and responsive design.

Soft Skills

• Language: Japanese proficiency at N3 level or higher, capable of direct communication with clients.

• Communication: Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.

• Problem Solving: Logical thinking and effective problem analysis.

• Detail-Oriented: Accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.

• Adaptability: Ability to work in fast-changing environments.
