• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate various types of contracts (both domestic and international), including commercial contracts, service agreements, investment cooperation contracts, and bidding contracts.

• Represent the company in contract negotiations and signing with international partners in collaboration with the Business Department.

• Provide legal counsel related to overseas investments, capital contributions, share acquisitions, and the establishment of subsidiaries or branches abroad.

• Provide legal support for software development projects, outsourcing agreements, NDAs, licensing, and technology contracts.

• Handle and resolve labor disputes; advise on disciplinary procedures and lawful employment terminations.

• Monitor and update legal documents related to corporate operations, investment, taxation, intellectual property, and e-commerce.

• Coordinate with Finance, HR, and Business departments on emerging legal issues.

• Manage and maintain legal records, contracts, licenses, and other related documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Lawyer Practicing Certificate is an advantage.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, preferably in Information Technology, Software, or Investment sectors.

• Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, investment, and intellectual property laws, as well as international transaction regulations.

• Excellent command of English for communication, contract drafting, and negotiation.

• Logical thinking and strong analytical skills to assess legal risks and propose practical solutions.

• Excellent communication and internal coordination skills; proactive and responsible working attitude.

• Salary: Up to 35M
