Responsibilities

Global-Local Synchronization: Partner with the JP Sales Team to translate Global Marketing materials into high-performing Japanese assets.
MQL Generation: Own the Japanese buyer’s journey through end-to-end management of events, webinars, and SEO funnels.
Production & Content Excellence: Directly transform raw technical data into polished Japanese case studies and sales tools without relying on external agencies.
Operational Ownership: Maintain rigorous standards for CRM data hygiene, event logistics, and marketing administrative tasks.
Team Leadership: Provide clear direction and quality control for junior marketing and design staff

Requirements

Bilingual Excellence: Native or near-native Japanese (JLPT N2) with reasonable English proficiency for global syncs.
JP Market Expertise: 5+ years of experience in B2B Tech/IT Service marketing within Japan or with Japanese market.
Performance Driven: Proven track record of generating MQLs and driving brand uplift in the Japanese enterprise sector.
Cultural Bridge: Ability to explain “The Why” behind Japanese market needs to the Global team and vice versa.
