• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET for the backend and relevant frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Manage database operations using MongoDB and SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and user experience.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
• Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on fullstack development.
• Proficiency in MongoDB and SQL Server for database management.
• Strong experience with .NET framework for backend development.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
