• Lead the development team for the project, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Oversee the architecture and design of software solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during development.
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to foster innovation within the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET
• Proficiency in database management systems, both. SQL & no-SQL.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
