Responsibilities

Define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with user needs and company goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
Participate in enterprise digital transformation projects, focusing on enhancing processes such as human resource management, recruitment, production, sales, and cost management.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Assist in the development of user stories and acceptance criteria for product backlog management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
Proficiency in SQL Server, Data Analysis, and Business Analysis.
Proficiency in UX Design and understanding of production support processes.
Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Project Coordinator is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with digital transformation projects is advantageous.
Experience evaluating and applying AI solutions to enhance product features or operational efficiency.
Ability to define AI-enabled product opportunities and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted decision-making is highly desirable.
