Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Level 1 / Level 2 production support, providing timely investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution for system incidents and user issues.
  • Serve as a primary contact point for production issues, ensuring clear communication on issue status, progress, and resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to analyze and remediate complex production issues.
  • Gather, clarify, and document business requirements and issue details to support root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
  • Analyze business processes and system data to identify inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and recurring issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to ensure issues are resolved within agreed SLAs.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, and end-user training activities.
  • Prepare clear incident reports, analysis summaries, and operational reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket information, including root cause, workaround, resolution, and lessons learned.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and problem-solving sessions to continuously improve system stability and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • At least 2+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, Business Application Support, or similar roles.

  • Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes.

  • Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, system workflows, and enterprise applications.

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, and documentation.

  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure in a production environment.

  • Experience working with ticketing systems and managing incidents according to SLA requirements.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), comfortable working in a global team.
