Responsibilities:

Project Management & Delivery

Lead and manage multiple software projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure.
Define clear project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
Ensure delivery excellence by implementing Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies, based on project needs.
Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and develop mitigation plans.
Monitor and report project status, ensuring transparency with clients and internal stakeholders.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
Understand client business needs and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
Ensure effective and clear communication with cross-functional teams and international clients.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the software development or IT outsourcing industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities (both English and Vietnamese)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and traditional project management methodologies
