Project Management

• Create detailed project plans, define milestones and deliverables.

• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders.

• Identify and manage risks, providing timely solutions.

• Coordinate project resources and personnel.

• Ensure product quality meets client requirements.

Client Communication (Japanese Clients)

• Participate in client meetings.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts (BA), Technical Leaders, and Development Teams to clarify functional and technical requirements.

• Handle client feedback and change requests.

Team Management

• Organize team meetings.

• Identify and resolve blocking issues affecting the team.

• Together with BA and Tech Lead, review and approve deliverables before client submission.

• Provide coaching and mentoring when needed.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with other departments to support project success.

Mandatory

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management with a team size of 5–7 members or more.

• Language: Japanese language proficiency at N3 level or higher, capable of communicating with clients.

• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, etc.), and knowledge of web/mobile development.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Tools: Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, Backlog, etc.

Preferred

• Experience working directly with Japanese clients.

• Familiarity with web/mobile development, DevOps, etc.

• Possession of project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).

• Experience managing projects with cloud deployment.

• Salary: Up to 40M
