• Lead the QA efforts for various projects, including a waste management system and trading domain applications.
• Build and manage a QA team for project D3, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Execute manual and automated testing, analyze test results, and report defects.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development process.
• Mentor and train junior QA team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with expertise in Manual QA, Automation QA, Performance QA.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, test scripts and security testing.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential quality issues.
