• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Lead the development of new features and enhancements for existing applications, focusing on user experience and functionality.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• Engage in project planning and execution for upcoming projects
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fullstack development, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle Database, and MongoDB.
• Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as AngularJS, VueJS, and ReactJS.
• Solid understanding one or few of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Golang, Java, .NET, and NodeJS.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members through effective mentorship and collaboration.
