Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications (frontend and backend)
Implement features based on specifications and technical design
Understand system behavior, data flow, and business logic
Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
Review code and support junior developers when needed
Collaborate with Tech Lead, BrSE/PM, and QA teams
Identify issues early and propose practical solutions
Participate in system improvement, migration, or modernization projects
Apply modern tools (including AI) to improve development efficiency

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
4–7+ years of experience in software development
Experience working on fullstack web applications

Skills & Knowledge

Strong experience in at least one backend technology (Java, .NET, Node.js)
Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
Good understanding of APIs, databases, and system integration
Familiarity with Git and team-based development workflow
Ability to debug issues and analyze system behavior
Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice-to-have

Experience working with Japanese clients or offshore projects
Experience with system migration or modernization
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
Experience using AI tools to support development
Understanding of system design and scalable architecture
Basic Japanese communication skills (N3+ is a plus)
