Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish partnerships with potential partners, finalize commercial agreements, co-design go-to-market plans, and maintain ongoing relationships with partners.
  • Collaborate with the T&C, R&D, and Delivery teams to ensure proper certification and compliance with partner programs, keeping the team informed of all new partner program updates.
  • Lead lead generation initiatives with partners, manage the entire sales process until deals are closed, and collaborate with other departments to prepare sales presentations and materials to secure contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales within the tech industry, particularly in software or software product selling.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Partner Sales, preferably with knowledge of partner ecosystems involving Adobe, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset focused on driving business growth through technical innovation.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Thai, Korean, German, or Bahasa is preferable.
