Responsibilities

· Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.

· Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates

· Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.

· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

· Build a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future roles.

· Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.

· Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the IT job market.

Requirements

· Have at least 6 years of experience as an IT Recruiter

· Have a lot of experience recruiting for senior level positions and above

· There is a large amount of candidate data for senior positions in the IT field

· Understand and use recruitment channels well, especially social networks in recruitment activities: Facebook, Linkedin, Top CV, Vietnamwork, ITviec…

· Have good communication, negotiation, persuasion, work management, analysis, and evaluation skills.

· Must be technology savvy and proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

· Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Personal skills:

· Honest and confident to directly work with colleagues.

· Be proactive in work, good teamwork ability.

· Loves to work on an innovative product and ready to learn new things.
