• Collaborate with the BOD and Hiring Managers to define talent needs and recruitment strategy for Japan-related projects

• Actively source and engage candidates for IT (Dev, QA, BA…) and Business roles

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit

• Provide market insight and recommendations to improve recruitment plans

• Support Employer Branding and hiring campaigns targeting the Japan market

• Minimum 6 years of experience in recruitment, ideally with Japan-related projects

• Proven headhunting and sourcing capability

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Good understanding of Japanese working culture (preferred)

• Fluent in English; Japanese is a big plus

• Experience working with senior leaders or direct BOD reporting is a strong advantage

• Monthly salary: 20M–30M VND gross

• Work directly with TECHVIFY’s Board of Directors

• Clear development roadmap to Recruitment Lead or Talent Acquisition Manager

• Join L&D programs and strategic projects related to Japan expansion

• Performance-based bonus and promotion opportunities
