Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web systems using TypeScript
Build UI components and web applications using React
Develop backend APIs using NestJS and TypeORM
Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases
Collaborate with the team to improve product quality

Future Career path

Grow into a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) by working closely with Japanese customers and improving communication & requirement-analysis skills
Advance toward a Project Manager role by taking ownership of task planning, team coordination, and project delivery
Develop into a Tech Lead by guiding technical direction, reviewing code, and mentoring junior members
Opportunities to participate in larger and more complex projects, gaining experience in design, architecture, and quality control
Clear long-term growth path depending on your strength and career goals:

- BrSE/PM/Tech Lead

Requirements

2+ years of experience in web development (TypeScript, React, NestJS)
Experience with TypeORM and PostgreSQL is a strong advantage
Good understanding of teamwork and development workflows
Japanese proficiency: JLPT N3 (strong) or above (N2 preferred)
Ability to communicate requirements clearly with customers and team
