Responsibilities

Design system architecture and define practical technical solutions
Guide development teams and support technical problem-solving
Be hands-on when needed, especially for complex technical components
Review system design, key modules, and important code components
Ensure coding standards, best practices, and system quality
Support estimation and identify technical risks early
Contribute to system improvement, migration, or modernization initiatives
Apply modern tools (including AI) across development lifecycle to improve productivity

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
7+ years of experience in software development
Experience as Tech Lead or Senior Developer in complex projects

Skills & Knowledge

Strong understanding of system design and architecture
Solid experience with backend, APIs, and system integration
Experience working with complex systems (enterprise, legacy, or high-load)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
Good problem-solving and technical leadership capability

Nice-to-have

Experience in system migration or modernization
Experience working with Japanese clients or offshore projects
Experience using AI tools to support development
Fullstack understanding (frontend, backend, cloud)
