Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather and understand business requirements, goals, and challenges.
  • Requirement Analysis: Analyze client requirements to propose tailored solutions that align with their needs.
  • Solution Documentation: Create detailed business requirement documents, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Support Pre-Sales Activities: Assist the pre-sales team in preparing and delivering solution presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Market Research: Conduct industry and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical, and project management teams to ensure the proposed solutions are viable and align with company capabilties.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment of expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization within client operations and recommend enhancements.
  • Post-Sales Handover: Ensure seamless knowledge transfer to implementation teams post-sales closure.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in pre-sales or a client-facing capacity.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), solution architecture, and technology trends.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Tools Expertise: Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Figma, Wireframe Tools, and project management tools. Familiarity with CRM systems and business modeling tools is a plus.
  • Indutries: Experience at least one business domain such as E-Commerce, Garment, Financial Service or Banking,…
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
  • Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, or similar certifications are advantageous. (Nice to have)
