• Assist in the production of content that promotes Techvify’s Employer Brand.
• Design and create communication materials, including graphics and videos.
• Support the organization of events and activities aimed at enhancing employee engagement and brand visibility.
• Work under the leader’s guidance to collaborate with universities, organize workshops and event series for students.
• Create engaging internal activities that strengthen team bonding and connection across the company.
• Collaborate with the internal communications team to ensure consistent messaging.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for branding initiatives.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Branding Content, Brand Management, Public Relations, and Employer Branding.
• Basic skills in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
