Delivery Leadership (Onsite – Tokyo & Fukuoka)

• Own end-to-end delivery for all Techvify Japan projects (from kickoff to closure), ensuring quality, timeline, and client satisfaction.
• Lead and develop onsite delivery teams including Software Engineers (SEs), Bridge SEs, and Project Managers.
• Establish and enforce delivery standards, quality frameworks, and PQA compliance across projects.
• Act as the escalation point for all delivery-related issues from clients and internal teams.

Offshore Coordination (HQ Integration)

• Serve as the key liaison between Japan onsite teams and HQ offshore delivery units (D5, D8).
• Ensure smooth coordination in hybrid delivery models (onsite Japan – offshore Vietnam).
• Align scope, communication protocols, and governance across teams.
• Participate in Delivery Operations Reviews and report project performance, risks, and capacity.
• Coordinate resource planning across onsite and offshore teams.

Sales & Pre-delivery Collaboration

• Validate delivery feasibility before sales commitments.
• Support presales activities: solution design, estimation, and resource planning.
• Ensure all signed contracts have clear, delivery-ready execution plans.

People & Capacity Management

• Manage onsite team performance, workload distribution, and development.
• Identify hiring needs and collaborate with HQ HR and leadership for workforce planning.
• Drive retention and build a strong delivery culture in Japan.

Reporting & Governance

• Report to COO on delivery performance, utilization, and risks (weekly/bi-weekly).
• Present in monthly Delivery Operations Reviews.
• Maintain delivery dashboards and project status visibility.
• Ensure compliance with Techvify’s PQA standards and process governance.

Must-have

• Vietnamese nationality (bridge role between Japan clients and Vietnam HQ).
• Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 minimum, N1 preferred).
• Vietnamese: Native/Fluent.
• English: Working proficiency.
• 7+ years in software delivery / IT outsourcing, including 3+ years in Japan market.
• Proven experience managing multi-team delivery organizations.
• Strong experience in onsite–offshore (Japan–Vietnam) delivery model.
• Experience working with Japanese clients, handling escalations and stakeholder management.
• Strong quality mindset, process discipline, and risk management capability.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in Vietnam–Japan offshore delivery.
• Familiar with domains: Manufacturing, Financial Services, Telecom, SaaS, Enterprise Software.
• Experience managing Bridge SE teams.
• Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP or Agile-related.
• Familiar with tools: Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Slack.
