• Lead and manage the AI-Augmented Development project, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
• Shadow senior PMs in the initial phase to understand account dynamics and build a comprehensive one-pager on the commercial position of assigned accounts.
• Independently manage accounts and facilitate scope conversations with clients as you progress through your first six months.
• Identify and implement process improvements at the unit level and coach junior PMs toward enhanced performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives and client requirements.

• L3+ across all 9 PM competencies: Delivery, Client Communication, Team Leadership, People Management, Risk Management, Commercial Awareness, Domain Knowledge, Stakeholder Management, Process & Methodology.
• L4 Client Communication: Ability to conduct difficult commercial conversations in English and produce status reports for client leadership.
• L4 Team Leadership: Proven experience in making sound people decisions under pressure.
• L3+ People Management: Experience in performance management through challenging situations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software project management, with at least 3 years in outsourcing, agency, or consulting-style delivery to international clients.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for daily client interactions and contract discussions.
• Proficient with modern delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack/Teams, budgeting tools, and AI assistants.
• Domain experience in at least two areas: fintech, healthtech, e-commerce, SaaS, enterprise software, AI/ML platforms, logistics, or real estate.
