• Lead the quality assurance process for software development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and performance issues.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct performance testing to ensure applications meet scalability and reliability requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Participate in project planning and review meetings to provide input on quality-related aspects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong background in Manual QA, Automation QA, and Performance QA.
• Proficiency in using AI tools and technologies in QA processes.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work within cross-functional teams.
